Bush de Charmes is a variant of Bush Blonde that is matured in oak barrels that previously contained white Burgundy wine. During the maturing process, the beer absorbs the flavors and aromas of the wine and wood, resulting in a complex beer with unique and enhanced flavors.

The beer has a slightly bitter taste with fruity aromas of tropical fruit and a floral character.

In addition, the beer also has aromas and flavors of the white Burgundy wine for which the barrels were previously used.
